The questline for this was pretty quick and easy (Zygor has a guide for it) and I had already maxed out Zandalari leatherworking and had hides, bones and expulsom laying around in the bank so just had to get the specialty mats.
As a reasonably geared level 70, you can just run into Atal'Dazar and blow Rezan up for the Long Regal Sinew, runout, reset and repeat for the 4 you need. Alternatively, you could select one of the other rares listed in the comments of the post linked above. Dunegorger Kraulok could be a good option if you don't have the Alpaca mount yet.
The most annoying thing to collect was the 15 Spirit of the Bested. After a skim read of the comments I started a round of the rares in Tiragarde Sound and soon realized I was not getting any drops after the first one. After a re-read I decided to pick one, in my case I happened to be at Fowlmouth, and kill him every 15 minutes. This worked perfectly, if slowly, and gave me a chance to work on achievements on other alts.
